Very pleased with their service and professional attitude. The deliverymen, Jerry and Cory, were very careful and answered all my questions. Cory reconnected all of the devices on the set when he returned the set. The employees answer all of the questions thoroughly. A really high quality business in every way. My set works like new. Professional, and quick and they do what they say. I strayed last time I needed service and got burned! My grandparents, parents and most of my family use Walts for service and have since before I was born. If you want to buy something there they will match Fry's prices too. Just ask for the Ed, he has been there forever. Anyway I am glad they are still around. Thanks for the quick lamp replacement (too bad the Suns lost).

I had the best experience with Walt's a few days ago when they came out to fix my Sony TV. They were clean cut and very knowledgeable. They discovered a bad circuit board and installed another one right on the spot. The price was reasonable and the warranty is great!. I would recommend Walt's service to anyone. In addition to the great service they left me a sales sheet on new TV's and the prices are great, I will definitely visit Walt's when its time to purchase a new TV.

I recently had my big screen television set repaired by Walt's, and they did an excellent job. The delivery people were polite, and very careful and helpful. When they delivered the set after the repair, the deliveryman Cory carefully reattached all of the devices, and then explained how he had simplified the device menu. The set works very well. The sales people were informative about the advantages and disadvantages of repair as compared to replacement. Overall, the company is very professional and really help their customers, and the repairs were done very reasonably.

Walt's TV repaired my Samsung LCD TV today. The technician Jimmy that came to my home repaired the tv fast and for only a few hundred bucks. I was quoted much more when I called around, before I called Walt's TV. The People on the phones were very professional. I will Use Walt's TV Again.
