What is SONOS?

Sonos is a Wireless Speaker System that is WiFi based rather than Bluetooth.
It is controlled by an App on a Smartphone or tablet. Sonos also has a Wireless Amp that you can hook/up to your favorite Speakers. You can place Speakers in several different rooms and Stream different songs in each room or the same song in all the rooms. Sonos “Play 3 & Play 5” models play in Stereo in the Horizontal Position and
Monaural, when in the Vertical Position. The “Play 1” model is Monaural only. A Sub Woofer can be added to any pair of “Play 1” models. It also can be added to any single or pair of “Play 3 or 5” models. All Speakers are “Humidity Proof”. However they are not Waterproof or Weatherproof.
