Walts Price Match Policy
All Price Match Requests must take place within 30 days of the date of purchase. *** Some exclusions may apply.*** All items price matched must be the exact same brand, model number, and color to qualify. Walts TV will only price match retail competitors (including their online prices) if they are an Authorized Seller for the product purchased
We match Walts.com prices on in-store purchases and in-store prices on Walts.com purchases.
***During Promotional Periods and Sales, Price Match requests received within 14 days from the date of purchase will be accepted. If Walts TV lowers our in-store or online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request within 14 days of purchase date. **(see restrictions below)
Price Protection Requests
For price protection requests please contact customerservice@walts.com with the invoice number, and screenshots of the following: the marketplace/website where the listing was found, name of the Seller, the model and details that match the item purchased, as well as the current price for the item.
**Examples of Promotional Periods and Sales but are not limited to: Marketplace Prime Day Sales, Walmart Days, Holiday Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday. These sales and promotional days are subject to change and may not be listed here.
