How long does shipping take from Walts.com?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Some orders may ship the next business day, depending on product availability and order time. Transit times vary by location. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

Does Walts.com offer free shipping?

Yes. Walts.com offers free standard shipping on most items. Freight or oversized products, such as large TVs and appliances, may include a delivery fee, which is clearly shown during checkout.

Can I schedule a local delivery date or time?

Yes. For TVs, sound systems, and appliances, our team will contact you after purchase to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Are local Tempe deliveries available on weekends?

Yes. Local deliveries in the Tempe, Arizona area are now available 7 days a week, including weekends. Availability may vary by product and delivery type.

Do freight deliveries move on weekends?

No. Freight shipments and freight return pickups do not move or get scheduled on weekends. Freight deliveries and returns occur on business days only.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

No. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. To update an address, the order must be canceled and repurchased with the correct information. Please call 623-250-0979 as soon as possible for assistance.

Does Walts ship nationwide?

Does Walts offer in-store or curbside pickup?

Yes. Select items are available for Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup at our Tempe, Arizona location. Availability is shown during checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Once your return is received, it goes through a routine inspection process. Approved refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after the item arrives back at our warehouse.

Can I arrange a dock pickup with the carrier?

No. Walts does not authorize dock pickup or carrier pickup changes once an order has shipped.
