Return Policy for Televisions Only

Televisions are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all personal data removed via factory reset.

Return of New Items

Walts allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date (the policy differs for televisions—see policy above). You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please email customerservice@walts.com for a return authorization number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Must have the original manufacturer packing for the return.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Our 2025 Extended Holiday Returns policy requires that items bought between November 1, and December 31, 2025, are returnable until January 31, 2026.
