Return Policy
Return Policy for Televisions Only
Televisions are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all personal data removed via factory reset.
Return of New Items
Walts allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date (the policy differs for televisions—see policy above). You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please email Customerservice@walts.com for a return authorization number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Must have the original manufacturer packing for the return.
Incorrect Items Returned
All returned items are subject to a standard inspection process. Should this inspection reveal that the item returned does not match the original item shipped (by Model and Serial Number), the refund will be suspended until the correct item is received. You may contact our Customer Service department at Customerservice@walts.com for assistance.
Please Note: The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if they request the incorrect item be sent back to them.
