Onsite IT Support

This is an onsite position with the need for travel. This position is not available for sponsorship or visas.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years relevant experience in IT or related degree
• Self-starter
• Able to communicate with many different people in the organization
• Experience troubleshooting both onsite and remote issues
• Strong attention to detail with documentation of processes and network topology
• Follow best practices for security in an organization
• Extensive knowledge of printers

What You’ll Do

• Support Windows workstations
• Update and maintain malware and antivirus best practices
• Manage user accounts and one-time passwords
• Repair and replace hardware
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Write and update network documentation
• Implement and upgrade security systems at physical locations
