1. Curbside Delivery

Our Curbside Delivery is ideal for customers who prefer handling the entire process.
With this level of service:

✅ Your product will be delivered safely to your driveway or curbside.

✅No entryway or in-home access is required.

✅Ideal for customers who are comfortable unboxing and setting up the product themselves.

2. Easy Entry Delivery - No Stairs

Our Threshold Delivery provides the convenience of in-home assistance without full setup.
With this level of service:

✅Bring the product inside the front door of your home or garage.

✅Unbox the product and perform a thorough inspection for damage before leaving.

✅Haulaway services available for an additonal fee

✅Remove and dispose of the packaging when requested.

Packaging Removal Notice

We encourage you to keep your product packaging in case a return is needed.
At your request, we can remove and dispose of the packaging — but doing so will disqualify the item from our 30-day return policy.

This does not affect your coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Room of Choice Delivery – Placement and Basic Assembly

Upgrade to Room of Choice Delivery for a more hands-on experience. With this level of service:

✅Everything in Threshold Delivery.

✅Carrying the product to your room of choice—including upstairs if needed.

✅Attaching any included stands or legs as part of the basic assembly.

✅Stair delivery included at no extra charge.

Great for customers who need help moving and positioning the product exactly where they want it.

4. Advanced Delivery – Full Service Smart Setup

Our premium Advanced Delivery Setup is the most comprehensive option. With this level of service:

✅Everything from Room of Choice Delivery.

✅Connecting the product to your Wi-Fi network.

✅Setting up cable/satellite input and initial configuration (if applicable).

✅Installing and logging in to up to two smart apps (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, YouTube).

✅Our experts take the time to explain how everything works, so you’re not left guessing.
