FAQ
How does Wireless One Connect work?
Wireless One Connect must be connected to the TV wirelessly for full TV functionality. Wireless connection may be affected by surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls. TV and Wireless One Connect require separate power cord connections.
Are bezels included?
No. Customizable bezels sold separately.
How does Art Mode work?
When the TV is idle, Art Mode shows curated paintings, photos, or digital art instead of a black screen, making it look like a framed picture on your wall
What is the Motion Sensor?
Motion sensor is activated after turning it on in Settings and only operates in Art Mode.
